Age of Hope supports both Ukrainian refugees who were forced to leave their homes behind, and also the ones who stayed in (or went back to) Ukraine under horrible circumstances. They work tirelessly within Hungary, serve people at the border, and travel to Ukraine to provide support to families affected by the war.  Every little bit of help is needed in order to make this extremely difficult situation just a little bit less uncomfortable for these people. Age of Hope will spend our donations on all sorts of things including not only utilities, housing, food, water, blankets and pillows; but things we wouldn't think of at first: microwave ovens so that people can eat warm food, baby care products that couldn't fit into Moms' bags when they had to leave, medicine that are essential for sick people to stay alive, cleaning and hygiene products, and the list is just endless.

In the long run, Age of Hope aims to help underprivileged children to have access to a carefree childhood. When there is no war, their everyday activities include providing aid in school-starting, organizing camps that are free of charge for children who could otherwise never afford it, and providing durable food, clothes, hygiene products to families and institutions (schools, hospitals) that are lacking these resources in Hungary.
