EinsteinSince 2008, we have been supporting the development of talent in the arts, sciences and informatics for socio-culturally disadvantaged children between the age of 12 and 18 years with outstanding abilities by organizing out-of-school talent development programs. The talent management program awarded with several professional acknowledgements focuses on three main fields - arts, natural sciences and informatics and our programs include series of free workshops, summer camps, scholarship system and mid-year events. Our primary target group includes children in socio-culturally disadvantaged positions, living in Hungary and Hungarian settlements abroad, being talented and showing good capacities in sports, arts and natural sciences. Talent development work is done by trained professionals and volunteers.

Talent support system:
The purpose of the talent support scheme is to help unleash the inherent talent of young people aged 12-18 in science and the arts, and to help and encourage them to achieve further results.Our talent support system, established in 2008, have so far supported more than 100 talented, disadvantaged young people in the fields of music, fine arts and natural sciences in the form of reimbursement by supporting their involvement in summer camps, talent development workshops, mentoring and travel support for competitions.
Summer camps:
Our one-week thematic, science and art camps, which take place every year, are attended by children from upper grades. During the programs, we provide opportunities for on-hands, experiential learning related to children's interests through in-depth and exciting developmental sessions. Our goal is to experience the connections between the natural sciences and the connections between the branches of art, to develop an environmentally conscious approach, and to discover the independent “creative self”.
